Terms & Conditions


  • General Information


A to Z FUN RENTALS rents entertainment equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have acquired all necessary local permits that may be required in order for us to setup our equipment in accordance with local laws/regulations.


It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all of the rental equipment before you sign our rental agreement and make sure that everything is in good working condition. Any damages that may happen to the rental equipment after the customer signs our rental agreement will fall under the customer’s responsibility.


  • Delivery


Customer is responsible to be present at the delivery address on the day of the event at the time specified when making the reservation. Customer must sign our rental agreement and, after having our staff explain the rules and regulations (safety instructions) for the safe operation of inflatables they must sign the Rules & Regulations sheet. A to Z FUN RENTALS is committed to ensuring your safety. We reserve the right to refuse setting up our equipment if we deem the location to be unsafe or weather conditions that go against the manufacturers operating regulations.


  • Minimum Order


There is a minimum order of $225.00. Delivery fees of $50.00 apply to some locations outside of the GTA.


  • Deposits


There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% in order to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be paid online by credit card or by mailing a cheque to:

Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The balance is due upon delivery and can be paid by cash, cheque or money order. In the event that you must cancel due to weather we require 24 hours notice. If this notice is provided we will give you a credit equal to your deposit towards any rental within a one year period. If sufficient notice is not given and your event is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited.


  • Cleaning Fee


The inflatable unit will be delivered to you in a clean, sanitized condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is returned in the same condition. A $50 cleaning fee will be enforced if the bounce unit is returned in a dirty condition (spilled drinks, silly string, excessive mud, etc.)


This is a sample of the rental agreement that will be presented to you for signature on delivery if you are not utilizing our trained, uniformed attendants:


  • Rental Agreement


I, ______________________________understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an inflatable from A to Z FUN RENTALS brings with it known and unanticipated risk to my guests, my invitees, and myself. These risks include, but are not limited to; falling, slipping, crashing, colliding and could result in injury, to myself, my invitees and my guests. I acknowledge and certify that I have adequate homeowners insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which might occur to me or my invitees or my guests from the use of the inflatable unit I am renting. I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge A to Z FUN RENTALS, including it’s officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or right of action, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with a rental of the A to Z FUN RENTALS unit(s). I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by A to Z FUN RENTALS in the defense of any such liability, claim, demand, action or right of action. I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I have, in fact read it in its entirety, that I understand its content and that I have executed it freely, intelligently and without distress of any kind. This lease contains the entire agreement of the parties hereto. There are no others.


  • Refund Policy

All rental bookings are considered final once a deposit equaling 50% of the total rental cost has been paid. There is no refund on this deposit, for any reason. If cancellation of the rental is necessitated, for any reason whatsoever, 24 hours notice (prior to the engagement) must be given to A to Z FUN RENTALS. If this notice is received then the deposit will be counted as deposit towards a rental to be used any time within one years time of the scheduled event date. Once a rental has been delivered the balance is to be paid upon delivery, and is non refundable in all cases.
